Summary: Rackspace IMAP Service Unavailable
Users were unable to access Rackspace's Exchange 2007 server over IMAP. As a workaround, Rackspace recommended users use Outlook Web Access (OWA). The issue was a Client Access Server whose services were restarted to resolve the issue.
